LRYC Midsummer Open Regatta

9th and 10th July 2005

  

Dear SOD Sailor,

This year we will remember with sadness our friend Simon Nolan who died shortly after the
2004 Midsummer Regatta. It was his last SOD regatta, and it was an annual event to
which he and all the family gave great support and in which they achieved considerable success.

The first race will start (sharp) at 12.00 noon and as in previous years
there will be three races each day.

Entry is free and without formality - just get on the water !

This is the last chance to hone your skills in a competitive context on
Lough Ree prior to the Annual Regatta, and as in previous years a large
turnout is expected.
