Hi to all SOD sailors Inner Lakes Regatta – Ballyglass Cup Held under the burgee of LRYC Briefing in LRYC bar on Friday night and sailing commencing at midday on Saturday with the usual formula of multiple short races from the barges/houseboats stationed on suitable (Sometimes) spots on the inner lakes or around the islands. We will be based at Coosan Point for Saturday night where Declan of the Lough Ree Inn assures us of his usual hospitality and good pub grub. Prizegiving at LRYC at 4pm or so on Sunday. Launch either at the club (By 11:00am) or Coosan as suits. It has always been an enjoyable, relaxed regatta and we hope that as manyas possible from LDYC can make it. Warm welcome and accommodation always available in Ree. As for the Sailing Instructions – they are a secret! If you can make it do let us know.
